There are so many options for banana plugs out there that I wanted to post a quick video on an excellent option I found. After checking out the playing field, I purchased a 10 pack of Monoprice Affinity Series Banana Plugs. Banana plugs are something no one really sees once installed. Furthermore, one brand over the next probably won't produce better sound quality -so why do we (probably mostly guys) care so much about how these look and "perform"? I can't answer that but I can tell you what is great about these and give you a good sense of how they look and feel. Check out my video review in this post.

Sonos and wireless is all the rage but hype aside I still want to have a pair of wired high performance speakers connected to a receiver/amp. I refreshed my receiver and also the connections to my speakers with a 100' purchase of KnuKonceptz Kord Kable 12 guage speaker wire.
